What you get
AI Grant invests $250,000 on an uncapped SAFE (no cap, no discount, with an MFN clause) in each selected company. Despite the name it is an investment, not a grant. You also get $350,000 in Azure credits and Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub membership, plus credits from PostHog ($55k), Replicate ($50k), Anthropic ($30k), Modal ($25k), OpenAI ($15k), Vercel ($12k) and others. The programme is a weekend summit in San Francisco and an invite-only demo day.
Who qualifies
Anyone can apply, with no credentials needed, including solo founders and teams that have already raised. The focus is pre-seed and seed startups building products on AI models. Accepted teams must have a Delaware corporation.
