About South Park Commons Founder Fellowship
What you get
The SPC Founder Fellowship invests $400,000 upfront for 7% on a standard SAFE, plus $600,000 guaranteed in your next external round, for up to $1M in total. It starts with an eight-week bootcamp, then a Fellow Residency that lasts as long as you need. During the bootcamp you work from an SPC office in San Francisco, New York City or Bangalore; afterwards you can relocate.
Who qualifies
SPC says its "only strict requirement is the ambition to build at the frontier." Solo applicants are welcome, and you do not need a fixed idea, but you should explain how you generate ideas.
Good to know
- The Fall 2026 application deadline was 2 August 2026, and the bootcamp runs late September to late November. The next cycle's dates are not yet published.
- The $600K follow-on depends on you raising an external round.
Verdict
A strong deal for experienced builders in the "minus one to zero" stage: a large cheque, a modest stake and a community of peers.
