Baseten for Startups 🎁 Program

What you get

Baseten's startup programme gives you credits in two parts: up to $25,000 for dedicated inference or training and up to $2,500 for Model APIs. Support starts with responses within a few business hours and grows to shared Slack channels and Zoom calls. You also get invitations to Baseten events, cross-cloud autoscaling and go-to-market help such as amplifying launches and funding rounds, plus webinars and consultations.

Who qualifies

• AI must be central to your main product.
• Seed to Series A funding.
• Company started less than five years ago.
• Net new customer: you have never received Baseten credits before.

Good to know

• Baseten's legal terms say startup credits must be used within six months of the grant date and expire if not consumed.
• Your company domain must not have been on a paid Baseten plan within 31 days of applying, up to the day the benefit is requested.
• Acceptance is at Baseten's discretion, and the amounts are maximums.

How to get the most from it

Prepare the model you want to deploy and a rough traffic estimate before applying, because the clock starts when credits are granted. Start with the Model APIs allowance for quick tests, then move to a dedicated deployment once you know your latency and throughput needs.

A good match for funded teams deploying their own or open models in production. The six-month expiry is short, so apply when you are ready to ship rather than early.
