What you get

Mercury Perks is a catalogue of credits and discounts on software and services, plus themed bundles (Startup Launch, Customer Growth, Ecommerce, Professional Services, AI Productivity and Remote Work). The library showed 273 perks on the day we checked. Examples listed on the page:

• AWS: $5k credits.
• GitHub: $10,000 in GitHub credits.
• Notion: 6 months free plus unlimited AI.
• Linear: 6 months free.
• Asana: 80% off.
• Granola: 12 months free.

Mercury does not state a total value for the catalogue.

Who qualifies

The perks are unlocked by signing up for a Mercury account ("Sign up to access perks"). Individual perks carry their own conditions set by each partner.

Good to know

• Partner terms change; open each perk's own page before you rely on it.
• Several perks duplicate what the vendor offers directly (for example Notion); the Mercury route can be bigger when the vendor's top tier needs a partner.
• You need a business bank account anyway, so if Mercury suits you, the perks are a free extra rather than a reason to switch banks.

A sensible approach is to list the tools you already plan to buy in your first six months, then search the library for each one before paying list price. Bundles by stage make it easy to see what fits a newly incorporated company.

Verdict

A large, searchable perk library that comes with a business account many startups open early. Use it as a checklist when you pick your first tools.
