What you get

Runpod's startup programme has two tiers:

• Starter tier: $1,000 in credits, full platform access, self-serve onboarding, flexible use with no product-type restrictions and direct support from the Runpod team.
• Growth tier: commit $50K upfront and start with $75K in total credits, which is a one-time $25,000 bonus under a 12-month agreement. It includes a 30-minute 1:1 onboarding call, SLA options and a handoff to sales.

Both tiers cover Pods, Serverless, Clusters and Storage.

Who qualifies

• Starter: pre-Series A startups with working products and near-term GPU needs.
• Growth: venture-backed startups at Seed to Series B+ with production workloads; best fit is teams spending, or ready to spend, $5K-$25K+ a month on GPUs.

Venture backing is strongly preferred, but Runpod says it reviews applications holistically. The programme is selective and mainly for new customers; existing customers may be considered case by case.

Good to know

• The Growth tier's $25,000 is a bonus on money you commit, not free compute. Only commit if you already have that spend.
• The page does not state when Starter credits expire.
• If you are not accepted, you can still use self-serve access.
