Together AI Startup Accelerator 🎁 Program

What you get

Together AI's accelerator gives selected AI startups free platform credits and engineering time, in three tiers set by how much you have raised:

• Build (raised up to $5M): up to $15K in credits and 3 hours of forward-deployed engineering.
• Scale ($5M to $10M): up to $30K in credits and 6 hours.
• Grow (over $10M): up to $50K in credits and 10 hours.

Credits cover serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, fine-tuning and instant clusters. All tiers also get best-practice content (for example on benchmarking and evaluations), joint go-to-market support to reach Together AI's developer audience, community events with peers and researchers, and introductions to VC firms.

Who qualifies

The programme is selection-based and aimed at AI startups from pre-seed to growth stage, worldwide. Your tier depends on funding raised.

Good to know

• Credits do not apply to Reserved GPU Clusters.
• The page does not list an application deadline or a credit expiry.
• The amounts are maximums ("up to"); the team decides what you receive.

How to get the most from it

Plan which models you will serve and whether you need fine-tuning before the call, and use the engineering hours on hard problems such as latency, evaluation or cost per request.

Verdict

A good fit if you serve or fine-tune open models and want hands-on help from Together's engineers. Bootstrapped and early teams land in the Build tier, so expect up to $15K rather than the headline $50K.

3. Wait for the Together AI team to review and respond.
4. Once accepted, use credits on serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, fine-tuning or instant clusters.
