The incorporation sits inside a finance back office: free business banking and cash management (US Treasuries and a Vanguard money market fund), payroll and benefits from $25 per employee per month plus $50 a month, taxes from $1,500 a year, and bookkeeping from $330 a month. Bundles start at $1,000 a month for new founders. Every lists up to $3M of FDIC coverage through its deposit sweep programme and special discounts for YC-backed founders.
