What you get
Firstbase Start forms your company in Delaware or Wyoming for $99 one-time (shown reduced from $399) plus the state fee. It includes expedited EIN setup, required documents, a business bank account through partners and ongoing support. A registered agent is required and sold separately as Agent at $299 a year per state, which also covers compliance reminders, annual reports, franchise tax filings and beneficial ownership filings. A US address is also required; Mailroom costs $35 a month (Basic) or $50 a month (Premium). Further add-ons include Accounting from $599 a month, Tax Filing from $899 a year (single-member LLC owned by a non-US person) or $1,799 a year (C-corps and multi-member LLCs), and an R&D tax credit service at 15% of the credit. The Firstbase One bundle is $199 a month billed yearly. Start customers get access to what Firstbase calls more than $350K in deals and rewards.
Who qualifies
Firstbase targets founders anywhere, including non-US residents forming a US company.
Good to know
- The real first-year cost is $99 plus state fee plus $299 agent plus an address, so compare totals.
- Prices shown as discounts may change.
- Firstbase One bundles the main products for $199 a month billed yearly and includes the Accounting add-on; it only pays off if you need most of them.
Verdict
A good one-stop shop for non-US founders who want formation, address and compliance from one vendor. Stripe Atlas is cheaper if you only need the company.
