What you get

Scaleway, the French cloud provider, runs one application for several programs:

• Founders Program: up to €1,000 in credits (about $1,150), a one-time voucher valid for 12 months, for an initial build or a migration.
• Early Stage (pre-seed to seed): the page says €1,500 a month for 6 months, €9,000 in total (about $10,400).
• Growth Stage (seed to Series A): the page says €3,000 a month for 12 months, €36,000 in total (about $41,500).
• An NVIDIA program with conditions the FAQ describes as similar to Growth.

USD figures are approximate conversions at about $1.15 per euro.

Who qualifies

Scaleway asks that you are less than 5 years old, have fewer than 50 employees and are not yet a Scaleway client. The page does not set a country restriction but says it especially welcomes startups tackling the EU market. No partner referral is mentioned.

Good to know

• The FAQ gives lower starting figures ("Starting 500€/month" for Early Stage and "Starting 1500€/month" for Growth) than the headline amounts, so the monthly amount you receive may vary.
• You cannot move from Early Stage to Growth Stage during the program.
• Programs run 6 or 12 months from credit activation, and usage above your voucher is billed.
• Applications are reviewed weekly on a rolling basis; questions go to [email protected].

Verdict

A good choice for European startups that want EU-hosted infrastructure and GPUs, with no partner code required. The monthly structure means unused credit in a month does not help you later, and the published amounts are not fully consistent.

2. Pick the program that matches your stage (Founders, Early Stage, Growth or NVIDIA).
