What you get

Carrd builds simple, responsive one-page sites: landing pages, waitlists, link pages and personal profiles. The free plan lets you build and publish a few sites; Pro plans add more sites, custom domains, forms and embeds. Pro plans are billed yearly:

• Pro Lite: $9 a year for 3 sites, without custom domains (premium Carrd URLs only).
• Pro Standard: $19 a year for 10 sites, with custom domains.
• Pro Plus: $49 a year for 25 sites, adding advanced forms, redirects and password protection.

Larger bundles go up to 1,000 sites.

Anyone; sign up online. Pro can be tried free for 7 days with no payment or card.

Good to know

• The Pro page describes the upgrade as letting you build and publish more than three sites, so the free plan's site count is limited.
• Carrd is deliberately one page per site; for a blog or many pages, use Framer, Webflow or another builder.
• Forms, custom domains and embeds are Pro features.
• A Carrd page plus a form embed is enough to test demand: send traffic, count sign-ups, and only then spend time on a bigger site.
• Because Pro is billed yearly, the cost is low enough to keep a separate page for each idea you test.

Verdict

For validating an idea, Carrd is hard to beat: a clean waitlist page on your own domain costs $19 a year. Upgrade to a full builder when you need several pages or a blog.
