What you get

Mixpanel for Startups gives eligible companies their first year free on the Startup Plan, which Mixpanel's landing page values at $145,000. The plan includes every advanced report and four add-ons: Data Pipelines, Group Analytics, Warehouse Connectors and Session Replay. Mixpanel's documentation lists, for the 12 months:

• 1 billion events per year;
• 500,000 Session Replay recordings (the landing page says 1 million, so confirm with Mixpanel);
• Experiments with 1.2M MEUs per year;
• Feature Flags with 50 flags and 120M API requests per year.

You also join a startups Slack community with workshops and content.

Who qualifies

• Incorporated less than five years ago.
• Raised no more than $8 million in total.
• Not previously redeemed other Mixpanel offers.
• Never been on a paid plan.

A VC or accelerator is not required; if you were referred by one, you select it on the form.

Good to know

• You must start sending data within 90 days of acceptance or you are removed from the program and cannot rejoin, so apply when you are ready to implement.
• The free year starts when your application is approved, and there is no second free year.
• If you pass 1 billion events you can upgrade to Growth or Enterprise, or drop to Free.
• The Startup Plan does not support BAAs or MSAs.
