Expense management, corporate card connections and receipt scanning are free for your first 5 monthly expensing users; beyond that, each additional expensing user costs $15/month. Navan Enterprise adds unlimited travelers and expensing users, a dedicated account team and custom implementation, priced on request. Navan funds the free tier from commission fees paid by travel providers, not from the startup.
